Pixl Events agency crew working a live show
Pixl Agency / for theatres

The creative arm of a company that runs live events.

Brand, campaign, content and web work built by people who have stood in the box office at doors, watched the scan rate, and know exactly what a sold out room costs to fill.

Anatomy of an on-sale

Every show has a sales curve. We plan to it.

Tickets never sell in a straight line. They jump at the announce, sag through the middle and surge at the final call. Every piece of the campaign is timed to a point on that line.

Announce dayIllustrative curve, not client dataDoors
01 / Announce

Artwork, the post, the email and the first wave of spend land in the same hour, so the first spike sets the tone for the run.

02 / On-sale

Presale codes, fan list capture and checkout tracking are live before the first ticket moves.

03 / Push

The middle is where shows stall. Fresh content, retargeting and partner drops keep the line climbing.

04 / Final call

Low-ticket warnings, set times and the last burst of spend, aimed at the people who always wait.

Engagements

Three ways to put us to work.

Start small if you want to. Most rooms move up a tier once the first on-sale beats the last one.

Single show

One announce, one on-sale, one full campaign. Artwork, paid media, content and the post-show report, run end to end.

  • Show artwork kit
  • Paid media plan and spend
  • Recap content

Questions

The things people ask before the first call.

Do we have to use your software to hire the agency?+

No. Plenty of clients run us as a straight creative and media shop on whatever ticketing platform they already use. The software makes reporting tighter, it is not a condition of working together.

How fast can you turn around an announce?+

Once your template kit is built, a standard show announce is a same-week turnaround, and we have done faster for holds that dropped late. Timelines for a brand build or a new site are scoped up front. Exact windows: [ confirm standard SLA ].

Who owns the artwork and the footage?+

You do. Working files, template kits and the full photo and video library are handed over, so nothing you paid for gets held hostage if we ever stop working together.

Will you work with our in-house marketer?+

Often that is the best version of this. They know the room and the regulars, we bring the production capacity and the media buying. We are happy to be the bench behind one very busy person.

Do you travel for on-site work?+

Yes, for shoots, festival builds and activation weekends. Travel scope and coverage area: [ confirm regions ].

Tell us about the next show.

One venue, a whole season, or a rebrand you have been putting off since 2019. Send the dates and we will come back with a plan, not a pitch deck.
