The Collection Management landing interface controls Webflow CMS collections across your workspace through a four-panel layout. Users navigate between collections, select sites, manage CMS content, and preview fields. Essential backup, copy, and merge functions are accessible via action buttons, while clear warnings highlight API limitations for specific field types. The interface includes notifications and streamlined workflows to help users maintain data integrity across their Webflow projects.

This UI displays your available CMS collections after site selection, allowing designers to view and manage multiple collection types. Each collection can be individually selected via checkboxes for bulk operations. The left panel provides workspace navigation context, while persistent action buttons enable quick access to key functions. This layout streamlines collection management by presenting a clear overview of available collections and allowing efficient selection for backup, copy, or clear operations.

The App reveals detailed field structures when collections are selected, displaying a comprehensive preview of each collection's schema in the rightmost panel. You can see field types (Image, PlainText, Number, RichText , etc), their data formats, and how they're organized within each collection. This preview functionality helps understand collection structures before performing any operations, ensuring proper field compatibility and data organization across collections.

The Workspace TAB displays all sites in your Webflow workspace, letting you browse and select from your complete site portfolio. When you select a site, you can view and manage its collections and see detailed field structures in the preview panel. This workspace view gives you a broader perspective of your collections across multiple sites, making it easier to copy or backup collection data between different projects in your workspace.

The Scheme options presents a clear choice when copying collections between sites. You can either copy just the collection structure (schema) or include all the existing content. Copying schema only creates a clean template ready for new content, while including data provides instant placeholder content for your new site. The App also checks field compatibility and alerts you to any unsupported field types, ensuring smooth transfers whether you're creating new structures or migrating full content.
